We offer a wide variety of home staging and marketing services to work with your budget and needs.
From cost effective home staging consultations for those that need guidance but would prefer to do it
themselves, to occupied or completely vacant homes that need furniture and accessory rental options
along with many additional staging services in between.

Consultations

Every occupied property staging starts with a home staging consultation. If you’re the do- it- yourself type but would like some guidance on furniture and accessory arrangement, want to know which updates return their investment and what you can do to stage your property yourself, then a home staging consultation is the perfect choice for you! A professional home stager will arrive at your home and assess what is necessary to prepare your home for sale. Comprehensive exterior and interior recommendations will be made.

Verbal start at $150 for up to 2 hours with a professional home stager. Each additional hour is billed $75. Clients are encouraged to take notes.

Written Home Staging Consultations are .12 cent per square foot. (Minimum $150) Access to the property is required however a professional home stager will write the report after gathering the information they need to assess your property for staging. A pdf document of the staging report will be sent to you and your Realtor (if requested) within 48 hours. Typically these reports are 10+ pages in length and provide you with the written blueprint you’ll need to stage a home yourself.

Occupied Property Staging

After an initial home staging consultation we return once the pre-staging recommendations you chose to do are complete. Utilizing what you currently have in your home our stagers will enhance, edit and re-arrange your existing furniture and décor to showcase the space for optimal appeal. Should additional furniture, décor or both be necessary we can provide those options too. Whether utilizing our national rental furniture resources or our own extensive inventory of props and home décor, you can be assured that whatever your staging needs and budget we can work with you.

Occupied Property Staging – Enhancement utilizing existing furnishings only

  • $295 for 4 hours
  • $595 for 8 hours

Occupied Property Staging Enhancement

Enhancement of existing furniture and décor with additional furnishings and/or accessory rental. Shopping services and purchase options for furnishings are also available upon request. Pricing determined by scope of work.

  • Realtor tour, caravan and open house event planning – $35 per hour

E-Staging

Live in another city, state or country? Too busy to meet with a home stager in house? Interested in having Home Star Staging assess the staging for you? Thanks to the internet we’re only a click away! Simply provide measurements of the space, jpg photos from each of the 4 corners of the room[s] you wish to have us assess and we’ll provide you with a pdf document of written recommendations to stage the room yourself!

  • $0.25 cents per square foot

MLS Photo Styling

This service is available only to existing staging clients who have had their home staged with Home Star Staging and would like pre- MLS photo “staging” styling services. A Professional home stager will be on site the day MLS photos are taken to ensure your rooms photograph their best.

  • MLS Photo Styling is $35 per hour and available to existing clients only.
